Do you remember the dark days in
the UK at the end of 18 years of Tory
rule, and the bright, shiny, future New
Labour offered? If you do this 30 minute
radio pilot will be all too painfully
familiar.
I am surprised at how prophetic
for a comedy it was, and how fresh some
of the gags are. Of course John Major,
Hezzer, et al are no longer with us,
politically that is. Yet they cast long
shadows even today.
