Working directly with the business owner of this heating and plumbing business. He's looking to build on local growth and offer a wider range of services, products and customer friendly packages.
We've already delivered a better online experience, and now looking to build the customer base with updated branding, products, services. Customer service will be a major focus as well as back end business processes, building brand assets and delivering sales and marketing activities.

Growing From Owner/Operator
The business owner started as a jobbing plumber and gas engineer, with a single van and has grown his operation to a multi-van operation and directly employs his workforce. His goal is to quit the tools and work “on” the business not “in” it to build and grow beyond the local area he operates in.
There’s a lot of ideas around customer service and business growth and building out the various processes within the business to support these activities will be our task. There’s also some ideas around business products and packages to offer customers and that will require branding and launching both online and in local media. Then having a smoother process to handle enquiries and manage job flow. THere’s a lot to do, but we’re excited to deliver!

So far we have worked on the website and offered web services and now, after the “missing” year of pandemic, the project scope is now to build the business and add assets that can build a bigger business.
