Dan Coachafer is, arguably, one of the UKs foremost buy to let property coaches. With 20+ BTL properties, and growing, he's certainly got the experience to help new property developers become self sufficient and build an income stream via property rental. His no-nonsense, hands on approach is refreshing and was what attracted me to his content and made me want to help improve his online offering.

Doubling Website Sales
Initially I became aware of Dan via YouTube whilst reviewing my own buy to let project. His down-to-earth approach appealed and he seemed to be genuinely interested in sharing his knowledge and experiences. His content was refreshing, and simple to understand, however I found the website a little confusing and dare I say it, a smidge chaotic.
I initially approached Dan with some ideas on how to improve his video branding and provided some free guidance and advice, as a pay back for all the great content he created. We hit it ofdf, and discussed his website, and I could see that myself and my team could do a lot for him.
His project used a Wix website, which we are familiar with and we were quickly able to improve the user experience and refine the customwr journey. We improved conversion and built a more engaging and eye catching website that Dan has told us doubled his sales.

Project Deliverables
The project was very interesting as it also used external resources to deliver content to visitors who sign up and thus we had to integrate with Dan’s choice of CMS for automation triggering:
- Web development, improving user experience.
- Development of website.
- Building brand assets and graphics
- Integration with third party CMS.
- Managing third party suppliers.
Dan we very happy with the outcome and the site is still producing quality leads for his coaching business and we hear he’s now on property 21 and 22!
