Rebels' Quarter - F&B

Quick Service Restaurants at the Heart of the Community

Project Summary

Initially contacted regarding their web and tech needs as a start-up. Working alongside the founders we quickly identified their marketing, and customer acquisition strategy and have helped shape the direction of the business. RQ has built into a very healthy business that employs circa 50 people, and turnover of circa £2m in just under 2 years.

Client: Rebels' Quarter Ltd

Date: March 2021 - Ongoing

Category: Food & Hospitality

Services: Web & Tech, Marketing and Business Growth Strategy

Strategic & Targeted Business Growth

Initially the project started with the creation of 350burger.com, which involved building a lot of bespoke options for the ordering process and POS integration. This project quickly developed and we got asked to develop the brand marketing in general as well as strategic growth ideas. Within 6 months I was bought aboard the excutive team and given responsbility for brands, marketing in general, technology and online web marketing.

Toegher with the founders, Dayne and Tracey, we’ve developed additional sales brands and even redeveloped the initial Ltd company, transitioning from 4U2U Group Ltd, to the more fitting Rebels’ Quarter, a corporate brand with a lot of attitude and some great visuals.

As the brand took on new units and built additional staff we also had to develop online systems to manage their requirements. The HR portal is still being developed but already has a lot of features not seen in bigger organisations. There’s a lot going on and much of it is web or tech based, and now I oversee the creation of branding, web tech and in store signage and special projects.

As the business matures from start-up to fully-fledged SME there are bigger strategic questions to answer. The opportunities for growth require a fast reaction time and we have seen several brands & projects that went from idea to launch in just a few days/weeks.
